Wellington Ridge is a small 30 pad family oriented mobile home community where all residents are homeowners. We currently have several homes for sale on a rent-to-own basis as well as several vacant lots in which you could bring in your own home. All homes are 16 feet wide and some are up to 80 feet long. 

They are all 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes and several have upgrades such as crown molding, hardwood floors, upgraded kitchens, etc. Most homes have new appliances including dishwasher and central air conditioning. All outside lawn care is included as well.
